Mr. Hershell Boyd Neel, 81, of Port St. Joe, FL, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Port St. Joe and retired from St. Joe Paper Company. Mr. Neel was a member of First Baptist Church of Port St. Joe, Port St. Joe Masonic Lodge #111, the Scottish Rite Temple, and Port St. Joe Country Club, where he was a past board member and an avid golfer.
