Charles Kenneth Branch, 61, of Port St. Joe, FL passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018 at his home.Graveside services were held 1 p.m. EST Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Pleasant Rest Cemetery in Overstreet, with Pastor Glen Davis officiating.
